When is it time to move on?
I hope you’re well and taking care of yourself.
A few months ago, we set up this week’s podcast episode, “When is it time to move on?”
As we wrap up 2020, this question holds fascinating possibilities.
As we look back at this exceptionally challenging year, I’m aware of so many gifts.
I’m personally taking inventory of the blessings in my life. My family’s health, the fact that we still have our home and fresh food to eat, the beautiful friendships and relationships in my life.
I’m also really grateful that being at home has offered me the opportunity to serve in new ways and to reach new friends digitally.
If I spend my days caught up in the election news and only count casualties, I don’t have space to really celebrate and honor the gifts of my life.
I created this week’s episode of the Limitless Women Podcast in response to a question I’m frequently asked about letting team members go.
In this episode, I share with you one of my most powerful distinctions – the short hurt vs. the long hurt.
If you’re growing and honing your team, you may find the content timely from a business perspective.
If you’re not, you may find the message right on time for other areas of your life.
“When is it time to move on?”
I encourage you to shift your focus and to make room to celebrate the blessings in your own life.
We all get more of what we focus on. Choose to move into this new year with a powerful focus on the blessings you want to see multiply.
