Remembering and an opportunity to reset
It’s hard to believe that it has been 19 years since the terrorist attacks of 9/11 that cost our country almost 3,000 innocent lives.
We came together as a nation in a way we never had before. We want to remember the power of that and to honor those who lost their lives. .
This Friday, I’m happy to share with you an inspiring interview with one of my dear friends who experienced 9/11 in a very intimate way and an invitation to transform your relationship with your health.
Dena Patton is an award-winning business coach and speaker and is the co-founder of The Girls Rule Foundation, a national 501c3 that offers programs to develop self-confidence, financial literacy, and leadership skills in teen girls.
Dena was living in New York City when the twin towers were hit. She lived through the impact and aftermath of the attack and decided to use her talents and experiences to help others recover from the trauma.
In this week’s Limitless Women Podcast, Dena shares how her work with families personally affected by 9/11 took her on a national tour that ended up with her work being showcased in the Smithsonian.
