Do you ever wish you had more time?
When I was younger, I used to think there was some badge of honor in being busy.
I actually felt like I was somehow more important when I would say “I don’t have time for that”
How wrong I was
When my children were 2 and 5 years old, my first marriage ended.
I no longer had “unlimited” time with them.
It was a big wake up call
I quickly got very clear about how precious the time I had with them is.
I started to ask myself how to make the most out of the time I do have
Carving out more time in the day doesn’t have to be hard and it’s definitely not impossible. It’s all in the way we view the 24 hours we “get to have” each day.
My divorce was my wake up call, but you don’t have to go through a major life event to choose how you spend your time.
You get to choose that now.
If you feel like your to-do list is overwhelming everything else in your life, don’t worry, I came up with a great game to help you transform that feeling into flow
Click on the link below to play along.
The video will take you less than 10 minutes to watch, but if you play full out, you may discover up to 4 extra hours in your day.
