Do you want to grow and make a difference?
I hope you’re well and enjoying the first days of summer. The weather has been beautiful in the mountains and we are loving the opportunity to play outside.

In tough times, the one thing that brings people together and keeps us going, is our deeper purpose.
It’s also what keeps a successful business growing and on track at all times.
As a community of purpose focused women business owners, most of us started our businesses because we wanted to give back and make a difference.
Larry Fink, CEO of Black Rock, the single largest investment firm in the United States, with $6 trillion under management, recently wrote:
“Without a sense of purpose, no company, either public or private, can achieve its full potential.”
I’ve been speaking virtually to audiences of business owners over these last few months, and I’m seeing most entrepreneurs fall into one of two tracks.
The first set of business owners who are clear on their purpose, are growing rapidly.
They are not “pivoting” to the newest digital fad.
They are deepening their connections with their clients and their mission, and they are receiving organic referrals and growing their profits.
I’m also speaking with business owners who are floundering.
They are looking for every new opportunity they can find, rather than remembering why they are in business and who they are here to serve.
This lack of focus is expensive. It is costing their businesses time and money.
If you’re already clear about your purpose, congratulations. Stay on track and reach out to me personally if you’d like support with any systems for growing your team, streamlining your processes, or up-leveling your marketing.
We are preparing for the Virtual FLOW Retreat at the end of this month and we have templates for just about everything you need to scale and streamline your growth.
If you’re not clear about your purpose, or you feel like you may have fallen off track, I encourage you to visit www.yourpurpose.com.
My good friend and mentor, Baeth Davis, is the absolute best person I know for helping you get clear about your purpose.
I found her guidance to be priceless when I was developing Legacy Leaders and Limitless Women. She helped me get clear on our innovative business model, when I felt like there was no one else who understood my deeper calling.
She’s generously offering a free report that I know you’ll love “Business by Design: A Simple 3-Step Plan for Experiencing a Business Wrapped Around Your Core Purpose.”

It’s our time.
Growing our purposeful businesses is the best way for us to support ourselves, our families, and our communities.
I’m so grateful you and I are working together to do our part for healing and improving the World.
I’ll “see” you next Friday.
Sending Love,
